Writing the Screenplay

 We've started writing our script and have taken a considerable turn with our vision. Our film initially was going to be an action movie but we realized we were going overboard. My partners and I discussed and decided to change the idea to a comedy film which we were more familiar with. We are happy with this change as it leads to more ideas from everyone to work on as we are not as limited with what we do. The general idea of our new film "Fools Show" is about three teenagers "Max", "Treyvon", and "Brendon" these characters all live in different t kinds of households and we want to show how their home life influence the characters in the real world. These characters are all best friends and are all obsessed with the idea of becoming famous online through doing stunts or pranks to gain their views. A few of my struggles with Parasomnia.

 I had many struggles while filming Parasomnia. One of my biggest obstructions to the film process is that it was very difficult to maintain a time and date to film as many things would come up unexpectedly or someone who I needed to either act in the scene or be there to help would not respond. Another issue I had is with capturing sound for my film. I never had access to a truly good microphone so I had to depend on either my phone mic or some very cheap lavaliers. I also think that with these issues that I had to work through I overcame them with a product that I am extremely proud of. I struggled as I never filmed anything this big before so it was truly a new challenge for me to face that's why I'm so proud of the outcome as I believe that I did a good job.

Working on the Creative Critical Reflection (CCR)

  Below is a link to my planning for my CCR which include my script of it. CCR plan V2 I haven't finished my CCR as I plan on making it like an interview and its own video but I have yet to put the video together. I already have someone to interview me and multiple questions to ask. In the script I talk about the many changes that went down during my film opening as well as the technologies we used. I have many pictures and videos that I will implement into my CCR video as the entire thing will be a sort of mock podcast because I want to do something other than a PowerPoint presentation and I want mine to be special and heavily edited. I have worked on my CCR as I have gathered many behind the scenes photos and videos to play while I talk about the film. I had designated people come to the filming of our film opening to get background footage and pictures which ending up being very beneficial as I got a lot of material to use and talk about in my CCR.
